Tani Makmur Agro started in 2005 from a single small shop in Pare and is now a trusted fertilizer and seed distributor for more than 120 farm shops in East Java.
From a Small Shop to a Distribution Warehouse
Pak Slamet Wahyudi began this business as a small fertilizer retailer in the Pare market, often seeing fellow shop owners struggle to get supplies on time before the planting season. From there, he decided to become a direct distributor so the supply chain would be shorter and prices more stable for small shops.
Today Tani Makmur Agro operates a 2,200 m² warehouse with a fleet of 4 distribution trucks, running scheduled deliveries that follow the planting calendar across 18 districts.

We do not ship goods at random. Distribution schedules are built around each region's planting calendar, so partner shops already have full stock before the planting season begins — not after farmers start looking.
